Best sushi in Split and possibly ever!!! Perfectly prepared and best presentation ever witnessed. I've had lots of sushi from okay to what I thought was really good, but this was outstanding (new level to beat)! If you are a sushi lover would definitely go here if you are in city! It was expensive but quality was worth every bite. Unfortunately my pics are a little dark but served on ice and temperature was perfect!

Had an amazing time, our server John had a great presence. His recommendations were spot on. The location, service and ambiance is exactly what you want from a relaxed restaurant in the middle of the city. The dishes had harmony in their flavours and we were constantly surprised by how all the extra elements added to our enjoyment of each bite. Highly recommend.

The service was one of the best quality. We had great recommendations, both about food and wine; and also about the city and sigthseeing. We were amazed by the food, the best tuna I’ve ever had. Sushi was amazing, was better than most of the Japanese restaurants I’ve tried. Sword dish carpaccio - definitely recommend. Special thanks to Peter for the great service and lovely conversation!

The most amazing experience in Croatia this far! If you’re visiting Split, you must take the time to sit back and enjoy the wonderful food at Adriatic Sushi & Oyster. By far the most amazing sushi I’ve ever had and also the most beautiful food.

We had a fantastic dining experience, made even better by our incredible waiter, Peter. From the moment we sat down, Peter was attentive, knowledgeable, and warm—he truly elevated our evening. The food was exceptional. The sushi was some of the freshest we've ever had, all locally sourced. Every dish was beautifully presented, and Peter’s recommendations were absolutely spot on. The wine pairing he suggested was perfect, complementing the flavors of each course seamlessly. This is a place where both the food and service shine. Highly recommend for anyone looking for top-tier seafood and a memorable dining experience. We'll definitely be back!

We had the best dining experience ever. Such a must try restaurant. John, SUPER MARIO and Maladdin and all the rest of the staff were amazing and great. Food was amazing. Service was AWESOME. John gave us rich history and culture lesson. This is my top 3 restaurants I’ve ever been too in my life. Thank you so much for the experience and memory.

We loved this restaurant so much. The food was delicious, we shared some sushi rolls such as California roll, spicy tuna and avocado roll. We also shared an amazing peach salad, the peaches were fresh and very sweet. My husband said the oysters were excellent and this was the first place we could find oysters available in split. The best part was our waiter Alex, he taught us more about the palace and its history. He was so kind and welcoming. Amazing experience.

Literally the highlight of my stay here in Split. Moments from my hotel and besides the wonderful food and seriously sophisticated cocktails, what struck me is the gracious service, amazing people and ambiance. I loved it.
